A SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING •£*- of the Society of Land-Purcliasers will be holden at Christchurch on Saturday, the 22nd inst., at 1 p.m., for the purpose of taking into consideration a Report adopted by the Council on the best mode of communication between the port and the plains.
