LONGDEN and LE CHEN -i-'-*- have received Instructions to SELL BY AUCTION, at their Stores, on Wednesday, the 15th inst., that COMMODIOUS DWELLING HOUSE, situate on Section 14, near ' the Christchurch Eoad, and adjoining the River Heathcote. The house contains Four Booms, and is of sufficient height to admit of four additional ones being- constructed above. The River is navigable for Boats of considerable tonnage as far as the Section, so tfrat everything can be conveyed by water to the House, saving the great expense of carting, &c. The Sale will take place at Twelve o'clock precisely, and every further information^on the subject be afforded, on application to the Auctioneers. Lyttelton, October 3, 1851, TITESSRS. The above vessel is built entirely of Blue Gum, Copper-fastened, and very strongly Timbered. She would answer admirably to build a smaller craft out of, or to be broken up for Firewood, or for Building purposes.
