TULLOCH'S ASSIGNMENT. WHEREAS John Tulxoch, of Lyttelton, in the Canterbury Settlement, New Zealand, Auctioneer, hath by Indenture, bearing date the 3rd day of Sept., 1851, assigned over all his Estate and Effects unto Joseph L'o^gden and Gilbert Pickett, both of Lyttelton, aforesaid, Storekeepers, In Trust for the equal benefit of such of his Creditors as shall come in and execute the same within two months from the date thereof, Notice is hereby given, that the said Indenture or Deed of Assignment now lies at my office, in London Street, Lyttelton, for the inspection and execution of such of the Creditors, of the said John TuiiiocH, as shall come in and execute the same within the time aforesaid, And such of the Creditors of the said John Tulloch, as shall neglect or refuse so to do, will be excluded all benefit arising therefrom.
