Two tons of the best Flour, 1 Plough, Plough Harness, Harrows, Bridle and Saddle, 2 Water Closets, Calico, Leather, Currants, Sago, Salt, &c. Also, One entire Horse, and one Excellent Mare. TO STORE-KEEPERS AND OTHERS. rjlO BE DISPOSED of by Private -*- Treaty, and may be entered upon immediately, All that recently erected MESSUAGE or DWELLING-HOUSE, and SHOP, with the Outbuildings and Appurtenances thereto belonging-, situate upon, and fronting Norwich Quay, in the town of Lyttelton. and now in the occupation of Mr. Henry Jones, Joiner and Builder, the owner thereof, subject to the payment of a small Chief or Ground Rent of 12/. per annum. The land at the back of the House may be let off to great advantage, so as to reduce, if not wholly supersede the rent for the entire Premises. The above Premises are substantially built, and present a frontage upon Norwich Quay of 25 feet by 15. The Dwelling-House contains 2 Booms on the Ground Floor, (replete with Fixtures and Conveniences,) and 4 Suitable Bedrooms above.
