TVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that -»-^ the Canterbury Association are now in a situation to convey to the first body of Land Purchasers tT>e Selections of Land they have made in pursuance of their respective -Land Orders, as also the Town Sections to which they are'severally entitled. ■< of Land Orders are requested, at their earliest convenience, to notify by letter to •tire-Land Office, whether they would prefer the whole of their Land conveyed to them by one Deed, or a separate Conveyance for each Rural and Town Section. ,- The Association intend to convey the Land l)y reference to a Maj>-on the back of the Deed, and the expense to each purchaser will be 10s. for each Conveyance. To give effect to such application it will be necessary to deposit the upset price of each Section, viz., £24. for the halfacre Seclion in the Capital, and £12. the quar-ter-acre Section in the Port Town, at the Union Bank, Lyttellon,to the credit of the Canterbury Association, on or before the same day.
