T^TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on -^ Wednesday, the 2nd of July next, a Public Auction will be held in Lyttelton for the sale of TOWN LAND in Christchurcli and Lyttelton. Parties desirous of purchasing any particular section may have the same included in the List for Sale, by making application in writing to that effect at the offices of the Association, either at Lyttelton or Christchurcli, on or before the 17th June next. To give effect to such application it will be necessary to deposit the upset price of each Section, viz., £24. for the halfacre Section in the Capital, and £12. the quar-ter-acre Section in the Port Town, at the Union Bank, Lyttelton, to the credit of the Canterbury Association, on or before the same day.
