BATHURST.

The Weather.—During the last seven or eight days little has occurred here worthy of note. The rahl which fell so heavily on the 22nd ultimo was succeeded by a few cool days, and the grass has since grown considerably; indeed, it is very unusual for the Bathurst Plains to assume so verdant an appearance at this season of the year, as is the case at the present time. Since Friday, however, the Aveather has been dreadfully hot, but beingaccompanied with wind, we do not feel it so severely. Bush fires are, and have been for some days, burning pretty vigorously in the direction of the high land beyond Clear Creek.
