"TVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that -*-^ Mr. Joi.lte, one of the assistant surveyors of the Canterbury Association, will be in attendance at the Heathcote Ferjry, on Monday next, tlie 24th inst, at 10 o'clock, a.m., to put the proprietors in possession of the following sections, 4, 8, 43, 77, 19, 104, being situated in the neighbourhood of the Heathcote Ferry ; and on Tuesday next the 25th inst, at 10 o'clock, a.m., to jHit the proprietors in possession of the following sections, 62, 74, 71, 48, 89, 38, 157, 26, 37/20, 32, 14, 31, being situated between the southern side of the Christchurch and Lyttelton road, and the river Heathcote. Mr. Davie will also be in attendance at the Land Office, Christchurch, on Wednesday next, the 26th instant, at 9 o'clock, a.m., to put the proprietors in possession of the following sections, 15, 27, 28, 39, 34, 42, 103, 101, 99, 88, 84, 69; being situated on the northern side of the road from Christchurch to Lyttelton.
