NOTICE. THE price of Advertisements in this Paper is, threepence a line for the first insertion, and a penny a line for every subsequent one. All communications to the Editor are requested to be addressed to the Office of the Lyttelton Times, Section 2, Norwich Quay, Lyttelton, where the Paper may be obtained. Advertisements must be left at this Office before Thursday evening, for insertion of the same week, and must be paid for at the time of insertion. CONTRACT FOR BUILDING. HHENDERS will be received (in duplicate) -L at this office until Saturday, the Ist of March inst. at noon, for the erection of a PARSONAGE HOUSE at Lyttelton. Plans and Specifications may be seen at this Office, on and after Monday, the 24th inst. "VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that IN applications from holders of Land Orders drawn on the 29th of August, 1850, (being the second portion of the first body of Land-Pur-chasers) will be received at the Land Office of the Association, Christchurch, on and after the Ist of March next. In making their applications it is requested that all such holders of Land orders will observe strictly the same forms as those which have been publicly advertised for the direction of the first portion of the same body. --_ By order of the Agent of the Canterbury Association, W.
