In making their applications it is requested that all such holders of Laud orders will obterve strictly the same forms as those which have been publicly advertised for the direction of the first portion of the same body. • By order of the Agent of the Canterbury Association, W. G. Beittan. Land Office, Feb. 7, 1851. TO PURCHASERS OF LAND IN THE CANTERBURY SETTLEMENT. NOTICE IS HEREBY . GIVEN, that applications from Holders of Land Ordeks, drawn on the Ist of July, 1850, will be received at the Land-Office of the Association at Christchurch on and after the 17th instant. It is particularly requested that all such holders of Land-Orders be present at the opening of the office at 9 o'clock on the morning of that day, either, personally or by agent, to make their selections, as otherwise they will incur the risk of losing their priority of choice. For the convenience of all parties, a letter-box will be prepared at the Land-Office, Christchurch, in which they may deposit their applications and Land-Orders. It is further suggested, that a printed form of application (which may be obtained at the Land-Office), to be duly signed and accompanied by the Duplicate Land-Order, be deposited in the letter-box previous to the opening of the office _at 9 o'clock on the morning of Monday the 17tli -^iustant. Plans and Specifications may be seen at this Office, on and after Monday next. The Contractor will be "called upon to furnish, at his own expense, security for the performance of his contract.
