CABLEGRAMS.
LONDON, March 17. In the House of Lords last night, on the motion of Earl Wemyss, resolutions were adopted conveying an address to the Queen, thanking Her Majesty for aCeepting the loyal offer of N«w Soutli Wales, and expressing satisfaction that similar offers from other colonies would be accepted at the right time. The motion was very warmly supported hy Lords Derby and Salisbury.
