Thjs Day. M:; Samuel Coombes is to be served with a writ for damages, which are laid at £2,000 for bnilding a wall on the bonndry of the Auckland Hotel property and closing up one of the windows. SerpantDuany returns to England with vAilliam Sheehan, by the steamer Ruapehu which leaves Wellington on or about the se\ enth of the next month (April.) A severe accident happened to Mr Percival, the secretary of the Auckland Kacing Club. He was thrown from a buggy yesterday, on the Grreat South Koad and is now lying in an unconscious state.
