LONDON,
March 3. All the army establishments in the United Kindgom are being increased in view of the Afghan and other contingencies. The following vessels will form the Grerman Squadron in the Pacific — the Storech, Marie, Albatroos, and Hyanb. They will be under the command of Commodore Ruschen. The evidence given at the hearing of the eharge against Cunningham and Burton, suspeeted dynamiters, connects the prisoners with complicity in the attempted outrages at the London railway terminus last y^ar. The tcwn of Kassala has fallen, and six hundred of the garrison haye-beeri killed.
