The Meat Freezing Compauies are preparing 15,000 carcases of mutton for shipment to London by the steamships Aorangi and Ionic. On Saturday afternoon a fatal accident occurred in the harbour. Four men went went out in the yatch Diamond and while off Orientcl Bay the boat accidently capsized, and Alfred Urwin one of the oceupants was drowned. Urwin was an assistant clerk in the oflice of the New Zealand Times.
