CABLEGRAMS.
LONDON, February 14. The Marquis of Lorne, in a letter to the "Times" strongly urges the Govt. to aocept the Australian and Canadian troops for service in the Soudan. The "Pall Mall Gazette" considers that the pffer of New South Wales to send troops to the Soudan was nobly eonceived and admirably planned.
