CABLEGRAMS.
LONDON, February 11. The Hon. J. B. Thurston, speaking at a rneeting of the Royal Oolonial Institute, advocated New Zealand annexing Fiji. The Ohinese have closed the river Min against the French. The Anarchists are causing some trouble in Paris by the excesses committed by them. Telegrams to hand state that nearly the whole, and not merely a quarter of Gordon' s adherents, and their families were massaered.
