Mr Bradlaugh's appeal against the d'ecision of the court in refusing to giant hina a new trial of the case in which he was fined £1,500 for having voted in the House of Commons hefore taking ihe Oath, has been dismissed. r BERLIN, Janurry 29. The suh-comnaittee of the Reichstag' has re coruended the adoption of the projected line of steamers hetween Grermany and Australia.
