THE UNION COMPANY'S NEW STEANER.

The Union Steamship Company's new steamer Ohau arrived in this port this morning, from Southern ports. She brought about 50 tons of cargo, consisting of flour, oats, &c., for here. The Ohau is a vessel very mueh like the Omapere, and is fitted with refrigerating apparatus manufactured by Bell and Coleman, she is to be employed in the costal trade. She is a steel screw steamer of 766 tons register, and her engines are 500 horse-power indicated. She is a valuable addition to the already numerous fleet of tbis enterprising Company.
