PORT CHALMERS,
This day. Oaptain Eaulkner, of the ship Warwick, was fined£5 and costs, £2 2s,for for assaulting and putting the hook of a block into the moutk of a German seaman on the voyage from Calcutta. On leaving the Court Oaptain Eaulkner was hooted.
