CAIRO,
January 14. Telegrams from Korti state that Colonel Stewart has arrived at E1 Metamner on the Nile and within a hundred miles of Khartoum. Colonel Stewart will at once open communication with Khartoum, but no further advance will take place until Greneral Earle has captured Berber, and arrived with troops at E1 Metammeh.
