CAIRO,
January 7. A message has been received at Korti from Gakdul, stating that the troop encamped there are in good health, and have not been molested by the Arabs; but a number of rebels are continually watehing the eamp from a distance. Three thousand Arabs are now entrenched at Uletamch near Shendy.
