SYDNEY, December 5. Another case of suallpox occured yesterday, The Union Steamship Company of Nevr Zealand has i^sued stringent instructions for a fhorough medieal examination of all the passengers by each, out ward steamer from Australian ports in order to prevent the introduction of smallpox into New Zealand.
