IMPROVEMENTS AT BASIN RESERVE AND ATHLETIC PARK. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association). WELLINGTON, This Day. Mr Eric Eiddiford has donated £250 each to the Wellington Cricket Association and to the interests of Rugby in Wellington. The Cricket Association has earmarked the amount for the provision of an up-to-date score-board at the Basin Reserve, which Air Eiddiford approves. It is understood that the Rugby donation goes to funds for the erection of a new stand at Athletic Park.
