EXPLANATION ASKED FOR. (Per Press Association). Auckland;, November 28. Complaint regarding tlio treatment of a lady passenger suffering from pneumonia, who arrived from Samoa bv the Tain no on Tlinn-day, has been made to tilve Mayor by Mr F. W. Casbolt, of Pevonport. who declares that tile delay in.getting the lady ashore to the h<vpitaX, apd her being allowed to walx abouv tTie wittdr-swept dieok of the ship while .suffering from pneumonia following .directly responsible | for her death next morning.
