ALLEGED INACTION OF THE ALLIES. Received this day, 8.40 a.m. _ London,' November 19. There is ra growing feeling that the ex-Kaiser's presence in Hollandi is a menace ,to Jvurope. Some newspapers demand that he should be extradited and put on his trial.
The Daily Chronicle's Paris correspondient isays the Allies' in action rogarding the Kaiser has provoked auger and disgust. It is pointed out that his allegedi abdication is enveloped in mystery and it is questionable whether he ii as «gned away the rights of the Grown. There is nothing to vouch for its authenticity except ex-Chancel-lor Max s bald announcement.
