I The New Zealand Cup was run yesterday and resulted in a win for Sasanof, Rose Pink second, Menel&us third. This mokes the third year in succession in which the bic handicap has fallen to the progeny of Martian, who f-n'red the three placed horeey in 1916, the first and second in 1917 and tlie first and third in T9lB. The Derby ■was won by Gloaming, Kilmoon second, Heatheroote third.
