Turkey's Surrender.

London, October 31. Britain has officially received Turkey's proposals whitfli are tantamount to an unconditional: surrender. An Allied fleet passed through the Dardanelles at'; six o'clock this morning. "The Turkish plenipotentiaries arrived at Htidras early this week, and an armißtioe was signed by Vice-Admiral Ca'lthorpe on belialif of the l Allied Governments on the night of October 30. This armistice came into operation at noon on October 31. "It is not porsible as yet to publish the full terms of the armistice, which include— - "The free passage of the Allied, fleet through the Bosphorus into thr Blacic Sea.
