On the Italian front the British have captured Sacile, on the Livenza river. : NEW YORK, November 1. The British have launched a new offensive to the south of Valenciennes. Received This Day 11 30 a.m. NEW YORK', November 1. The British have captured 1,500 prisoners on the Valenciennes front. The advance continues. It is reported that, the Austrian fleet has • surrendered. Reeeived This Day 1.30 p.m. LONDON, November 1. A later Italian official message says : Under the impetuous rush of our Fourth Army in the Grappa the enemy's front has collapsed and prisoners are descending the mountains in flocks. All the enemy's artillery has been captured. Captures of prisoners, guns and booty are announced everywhere. NEW YORK, November 1. The Slavic Council has taken over the Austrian fleet. General Pershing reports that he has captured a dozen j villages and 3,000 prisoners in the new American offensive. j
