United Press's London correspondent learns authoritatively that the Belgians have captured Roulers. The British have captured Gheluvelt, east of Ypres, and are nearing the outskirts of Menin, by which advance Lille is endangered. LONDON, September 30. - Mr Bonar Law announced that since July 12 the British have captured a thousand square miles of territory, 250 villages, and 120,000 prisoners.
