Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report: At Levin on Tuesday a fair yarding- of sheep and a medium one of cattle came forward. The demand for all classes of sif>ck was good and we quitted practically every line at the following rates—Sheep : Fat wethers 34s sd, light fat ewes 30s, fat hoggets 23s 7d, small 2-tooth wethers 24s fid; 'low conditioned empty ewes 8s to 12s Id, empty ewes 225. Cattle: Light fat bullocks, £15 16s; vealers, £4 6s; dairy cows,; £10, £11 15s, £13 10s to £17 10s. Pigs: Stores, 19s, 225, 265, 325, to 355: porkers, £2 Bs, £2 12s to £3 ss.
