She was outward bound and fought a.U-boat for 24 hours. Only cloven wore killed. DIED OF EXPOSURE. Received Ibis day, 9.Jib a.m. New York, July 24. German reports say that the exCzarevitch Alexis died of exposure. RUSSIANS MOBILISING. Received this day, 9.25 a.m. New July 24. The Russian ar'my is mobilising.
