Farland's Pictures
Charlie Chaplin as "The Adventurer" coupled with a fine Metro drama should prove a sure draw to Garland's to-niglit. On Monday a triple bill featuring "The Blindness of Virtue," a story with a moral for young girls, "Do Children Count" and "The Iron Claw" will be offered patrons and should be very acceptable. For Tuesday "Prod's Man" lias been selected. It is a vivid presentment of life in New York on the darker side and tells the story of tliroe young men wlio set out with rosy ideals but fall one by one to the snares that the city spreads. Bessie Barriscale will also appear in "Plain Jane." On Wednesday a big comedy drama, "Skinner's Dress Suit," will be presented. It is a fascinating story of the tragedy, pathos, humor and sunshine of life.
