Farland's Pictures.
Farhmd's Features for the week will be accompanied by the harmonious music of Farland's Symphony Orchestra. To-night "The Page Mystery" and tlie first instalment of the "Iron Claw" will be screened. On Wednesday three star pictures will be shown, the first being "Filling His Own Shoes," and the others the third series of "Do Children Count," in which interest is steadily growing, while a Max Linder comedy makes up the trio. As a special feature for Thursday the original dramatisation of Dickens famous story "A Tale of Two Cities" has been secured with that sterling actor Maurice Costello in the role of Sidney Carton, who willingly and heroically took the place of Charles Darnay in the condemned cell and went with
calm courage to the guillotine in (order that the woman he loved whom Darnay had won might be happy. The taking of the Bastille, the great trial scene and the tragic spectacle in the place of execution are vivid incidents in the story and the whole makes a compact epitome of the great novelist's work.
