Under the new regulations, the ordinary matriculation as a Preliminary is to be replaced bv a special examination - the ACCOUNTANCY PRELIMINARY. This will en- * tail, among- other subjects, a knowledge of Elementary Economics and Civics. Latin, Geometry, Algebra will no longer be compulsory.
