The iinternal conditions in Ausia'iaHungary are critical. There are many risings of a revolutionary tendency. The Government, after declaring that there were no 'risings and that tihe country wai- calm, issued a. manifesto justifying extreme measures for their repression.

The Jugo-Slav movement in Austria Hungary has become a , definite revolt. Tile leaders i'nclhide tihe Ar-chbfshops of Lnibach and Sarajevo.
