ANZAC BRIDES' DILEMMA. Received this day at; 8.45 a.m. London, (May 8. Mir Rendall, a Commoner, in an article ill tho Star, prrfie-ts against the Army regulations preventing parents and, relatives of English girls obtaining their suiitors' record from tho Domillions. He asserts: that he has Tseen informal some 'hundreds of women do not know wlhetheir they are married or single. He adds: "The nullity of bigamous marriages can only be established by expensive proceedings. Legislation might effect something, but the Agents-General wfll not ' move while .the War Office says it is not its business." Mr Rendnll says the regulations should enable a man to produce his record and iif he refused tho inference would be plain. ■
