Starving Belgium.
ALLIES' SELF-SACRIFICE
Received 10.50 a.m. this day. Washington, April 22. It is officially announced that three million bushels of wheat will be rushed from Atlantic ports to relieve the starving Belgians, taking precedence over food for the other Allies. This will feed the population of Belgium for a month and even with the utmost haste the Belgians will experience a breadless period of twnty days.
