Dulcie Deamcr (Mrs Albert Goldie), the well-known New Zealand authoress, and formerly a resident of Featherston, is reported to have been very successful with her literary work in the United States. A novel of hers has been featured in recant issues of the "All- | Story Magazine," published by the Munsey Co., of New York. This work deals with Mexico at the time of the conquest, and is entitled "The Valley of Bleeding Hearts." She has scored a success in New York with her stories of the Stone Age, another series of which is about to be published. Miss Deamer has also arranged for the publication of a novel entitled " Revelation," which is said to be a remarkable pen-picture of Jerusalem at the time of Christ. With her husband she is now settled in Los Angeles, where she adds to her literary activities by writing scenarios for the "movies." That sleep-spoiling cough can be stopped by NA2OL.
