The Press Bureau reports that aeroplanes crossed the East Const at eleven on Thursday evening and proceeded towards London. The raid is proceeding. New York, March 8. •Th© Palestine Restoration Commission has completed plans for a Jewish University at Jerusalem, the site being on the Mount of Olives. AMERICAN PRISONERS j MUTILATED. The World's Washington correspondent leams from a high Japanese source that Japan expresses grave fears of the situation in Siberia, believing that the Bolsheviks are incapable of protecting their own interests. Japan i regards April as the most suitable month to begin a campaign, but will not act except with the full approval of the Allies. A "ROBBER~PEACE." Received March 9, 8.45 a.m. New York, March 8. The World's Petrograd correspondent expects peace to be r&ti- . fled at Moscow by the Congress of Soviets and Bolsheviks. The Bolshevik newspaper Pravda says the worst enemies of the revolution are Czernin and Hoffmann. As a result of this "robber peace" the workmen and peasants will suffer terrible punishment.
