The Wellington correspondent of the Auckland "Herald" writes "1 -luesday's issue as follows: — The Defence authorities arc not yet ready t.o make public the iinding of the second Motuihi Court of Tnquirv winch investigated the question as to whether Colonel G. W. S. Patterson, oftieor commanding the Auckland -iiiililary district, and Major J.
