Plague in China.

The Morning Post's Tientsin correspondent says the plague litis broken out in Mongolia and is spreading across Northern Shansi, being now within ensy reaeli of Pekin, where the Foreign Legations are pressing for a drastic anti-plague campaign, but owing to the delay it is feared it may be too late to suppress the epidemic.
