LEVIN RED CROSS SHOP. The ladies in charge of the Shop on Saturday must feel very gratified nli the splendid result of their efforts in aid of the above fund. iThey worked untiringly both by canvassing "beforehand and then by disposing of their goods. Saturday morning they were early at work and were to be seen flitting hi'jher and, thither extracting nimble sixpences from all and sundlry. Their enthusiasm was unbounded and infectious, for all vied iV.th each ot'her in endeavouring to make the undertaking a succors. The day's takings amounted to £35 Cs 6d which will be added to in a few days by the sale, by auction, of a sheep and two dogs.
