LEVIN DEFENCE RIFLE OLUB
The Levin Defence Ri.'fle Club fired its 'final competition for the first series of trophies on Saturday afternoon Trophies were kindly donated by Messrs Stiles and Matlieson, Parker and Vincent and Holdiaway. The weather was fine but there was a strong wind ra/jlier diffiou.lt for shooting. Rflm. J. Munro being first in the igrand aggregate, with Rflm. H. George second and Rflm S. Butts third, won the trophies allotted above. Rflm. P. Jones wins the special trophy allotted for the days shooting. Conditions were >ten shots and sigh tar at 8(50 yards.
