Received This Day, 10.50 a.nv. Dec. 7. Sir Douglas tl-aig reports: There is groat air activity on both sides. Oil •Wednesday we carried out. long distancerooonnaisances, bombing and machine-gunning ground targets. including the Gontrode and St Denis Westrem Aeroilroinesand the Douai railway station. Fighting continued all day. Ten German machines were brought down and five of ours are missing. Another successful raid was made 'into Germany to-day..
