TO MY NUMEROUS CLIENTS. Jn announcing that I have soM my Land Agency business to Mr E. ROCTLEOI'T, 1 desire to expend inv heartiest thanks for the liberal support accorded me by ;he residents of Levin and: district during the time I have been in business. il'y reason for selling is that owing to labour shortage .1 have no one to carry on my farm and therefore find it necessary to return to active farm work. My successor, Mr Hochfort is an experienced and practical farmer and a keen man of busiiuv s. I have every confidence therefore in recommending him to my numerous clients as a fit and proper medium through whom they can get in touch with purchasers. All the properties now in my hant'is have been handed over to Mr Rochfort. Any owners desirous of withdrawing their holdl'ngss from sale should eommuiiie;<':e with me at once. There is. however, no needi to take such a course as my i-'icressor quite capable of handling all business entrusted to him. A settlement of all accounts owing by and to the firm is re'iucr'ted. Again thanking you fci' past favours, T remain, Vol r.; faithfully. J. M. MILNE.
