My reason for selling is that owing to labour shortage I have no one to carry on my farm and therefore find it necessary to return to active farm work. All the properties now in my haiulf have been handed over to Mr Rochfort. Any owners desiroun of withdrawing their holdings from sale should communicii'ro with me at once.
