TN PURSUANCE of the powers 1 vested in it in that behalf and with the consent of tbe Ratepayers of the Special Rating Area in the Horowhenua Count hereinafter described, testified to by a petition signed by not less than the required majority in accordance with The Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1913" and the regulations thereunder, the Horowhenua County Council hereby resolves by way of "Special Order " as follows : That for the purpose of acquiring land for a road (to be known as Otawhiwhi Road) fencing, for- | ming and metalling same, the paid Horowhenua County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £500 at 4A per cent for 36i years, and declares that the co&t of raising the said loan shall be payable out of the money so RATING AREA.
