Per Press Association' Wellington, November 1. The House rose at 12.30 and the session of the nineteenth Parliament came to an end. The Premier made a statement in regard to the licensing legislation, stating that Cabinet would consider measures for submission to the House next session on the lines suggested by thejEfficiency Board, that is a vote on the issue continuance or prohibition, to be decided by a bare majority.
