ter of Lorillard's clerk, is to appear in social tableaux, and Lorillard offers her to loan her his pearls for the occasion. Lorillard is determined to win her at any cost. Circumstances lend Diane, who is in love with Clarke, Lorillard's secretary, to believe that she has lost the pearls. The two men engage in a stock-buying contest, and when Clarke is apparently ruined, there is a remarkable and exciting denouement. Diana gets possession of the jewels, and uses them 10 defeat Lorillard. This programme, with good supports will be repeated to-morrow —Wednesday—when the usual lucky seat prize will be awarded.

For Thursday, Everybody's management lias secured an oilicial war picture, The Siege of Verdun. This picture vividly describes the great battle, which is so fresh in tin; public mind. The usual prices will be charged. lliere is to be a matinee in tbe afternoon at 2.30, when there will be a special school performance in aid of school funds. The children are to write an essay on the Verdun picture and prizes for each standard will be donated by Everybody's.
