Some people are under the impression that it is now too late to forward parcels to reach the troops at the front before Christmas. No information of a definite character can bo obtained or given on this point, but people wishing to despatch parcels would be well advised to post them at once.
All reinforcement drafts in camp at Christmas time, with the exception of the Thirty-sevenths, will be granted leave to cover the holiday season, provided satisfact )iy transport and other arrangements can be made.
